Usher is planning to release his new album "Monster" this fall around October. Most of the production is said to be done by producers Pharrell, Jermaine Dupri, and NeYo. There are said to be a few collabs with Anthony Hamilton and Jay-Z. He has been seen recording in Las Vegas and ATL.
