Being a recession and all, Chris Tucker is in the middle of a 'make it rain' drought seeing that he owes the state of California over $3 million in back taxes. According to a source, Chris had a lien filed against him in the amount of $3,594,409 on June 24th which totals up to a whopping 4 years worth of unpaid taxes.
